Five-sensor safety system

The anti-pinch design ensures the drum cannot resume until the cat has fully exited and sensors confirm the box is empty.

Internal capacity is 56 litres, comfortably accommodating cats up to 8kg/18lbs. External dimensions are 50.5 × 48.5 × 53cm — a footprint approximately equivalent to a mid-size printer. The 15cm entry height is deliberately low to suit elderly cats, short-legged breeds including Munchkins and Scottish Folds, and cats with arthritis or limited mobility.

Compatible litter types: Tofu litter (recommended), mixed clumping litter, bentonite, and mineral litter with particle diameter over 3mm and length under 15mm. Non-clumping litter is not compatible.

Q1: How often does the waste bin need emptying?
Most single-cat households empty the 9L bin every 5–7 days. Two cats using the same box typically requires emptying every 3–4 days. The TUYA app sends a push notification when the bin reaches capacity, eliminating guesswork.

Q2: Will the automatic cleaning disturb my cat or put them off using the box?
Most cats adjust to the cleaning cycle within 3–5 days. Setting a cleaning delay of 5–10 minutes after each use via the app means the cycle never begins while the cat is still nearby. The low noise level of the drum further reduces any avoidance response compared to noisier automatic litter systems.

Q3: Is this litter box compatible with all types of cat litter?
No — only clumping litter types are compatible, including tofu, bentonite, mixed, and mineral litter with particles over 3mm diameter and under 15mm length. Non-clumping litter does not form the solid clumps the rotating drum mechanism is designed to separate and deposit.

Cat litter box self-cleaning system auto cleans after cat leaves the litter box (Need to set well in APP), and separates cat waste into the enclosed waste bin. Litter box is suitable for various clumping cat litter types with length <0.59in/15mm and diameter ＞0.12in/3mm. The most recommended are tofu cat litter and mixed cat litter. Please pay attention not to pour cat litter higher the MAX line of plastic bottom tray, otherwise the excess cat litter will be cleaned up or occur other issues.

The overall dimensions of the product are 19.8″ x 19.2″ x 20.8″ (50.5×48.5x53cm), occupying only 4.24 ft³ (0.12m³) of volume, and the internal space of 56L is basically suitable for all kinds of cats within 3.3-18 pounds. The 5.9-inch (15cm) low-entry design of the litter box is very friendly to old cats, short-legged cats, and cats with limited mobility. Small size, saving space.
