At Affordium Shopping, we know that fast and reliable UK pet delivery matters just as much as the products themselves. We ship to the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. Orders are dispatched from UK/EU partner warehouses. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day. That is why we ship exclusively from UK-based warehouses — so your order arrives quickly, without customs delays, long international waits, or unexpected charges. UK delivery options and costs
We offer two delivery options on all UK orders:
Standard UK delivery — FREE on orders over £15
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £15. For orders under £15, a flat delivery fee of £2.99 applies. Standard delivery arrives within 3 to 10 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
All deliveries are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
Order processing times
Once you place your order, here is what happens:
Day 1 — Order received: Your order is confirmed and sent to our UK warehouse partner for picking and packing. You will receive an order confirmation email after 24 hours.
Day 1 to 2 — Processing: Our supplier processes your order and prepares it for dispatch. This typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on a weekday, or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Day 2 to 3 — Dispatch: Your order is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is emailed to you automatically.
Day 3 to 10 — Delivery: Your parcel arrives at your UK address. Most orders arrive within 5 days of placing them.

How to track your order
Every order comes with full tracking. Here is how it works:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel
- Visit our Track My Order page at any time for live delivery updates
- You can also track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided
If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will look into it straight away.
A note on how we fulfil orders — dropshipping transparency
Affordium Shopping works with a network of trusted UK-based warehouse partners to fulfil your orders. When you place an order, it is processed and dispatched directly from our partner’s UK warehouse to your door. This is how we keep delivery times short and prices competitive.
You will never need to deal with our warehouse partners directly — your order, your tracking, and your customer service are all handled entirely by Affordium Shopping.
Free delivery — how it works
Free standard delivery applies automatically to all UK orders with a basket total of £15 or more. The free delivery threshold is calculated on your total basket value after any discount codes are applied.

Delivery during busy periods
During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and UK bank holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 7 to 10 days before any occasion during these periods to allow extra time.

Special items — products with batteries
Some of our smart pet products, such as automatic feeders, water fountains, and electronic grooming tools, contain lithium batteries. These items may be subject to special courier handling requirements. Where this applies, we will notify you at checkout. There is no additional charge for standard battery-compliant items — if any supplement applies for oversized or specialist shipping, this will be shown clearly before you complete your order.
Lost or delayed parcels
We take lost and delayed parcels seriously. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us immediately:

We will open an investigation with our carrier within 24 hours. If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
Packaging
All orders are packed securely to protect your pet accessories during transit. We use appropriately sized boxes and protective materials to minimise damage. Our packaging does not include Affordium Shopping branding on the outside — your parcel arrives in plain, discreet packaging.
We are working towards using more sustainable and recyclable packaging materials where possible, in line with our commitment to being a responsible UK pet shop.
Customs & VAT
For shipments inside EU/UK, VAT and duties are handled at checkout where required. If customs charges apply, the orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT charged by local customs. Customers are responsible for these charges unless otherwise state.
Delivery questions — quick answers
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Yes, but only within 06 hours of placing your order. Email info@affordiumshopping.uk immediately with your order number and new address. After 06 hours the order may already be dispatched and we may be unable to make changes.
Do you deliver to PO boxes? We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses as our carrier partners require a full postal address for tracked deliveries.
Can I request a specific delivery date? We cannot currently guarantee specific delivery dates, but express delivery gives you the best chance of receiving your order on a particular day. If you need an item urgently, contact us before ordering and we will advise on the best option.
What if I am not home when delivery is attempted? This depends on your carrier. Most UK carriers will leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point. You will receive a notification card or email with instructions.
