How long does delivery take?
All UK orders are shipped from UK-based warehouses, so delivery is fast. Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days. Express delivery (available at checkout on selected items) takes 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email after 48 hours of your order being dispatched. How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is completely free on all UK orders over £20. For orders under £20, we charge a flat rate of £2.99. Express delivery is £4.99 and is available on most products at checkout.
Do you deliver across the whole of the UK?
Yes — we deliver to all addresses across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We currently deliver within the UK only and do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses, But if we received order from any of these we will try our best to deliver it .
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Go to our Track My Order page and enter your tracking number for live delivery updates. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatching order, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please email us at info@affordiumshopping.uk within 06 hours of placing your order. After that point, your order may already be with our dispatch team and we may not be able to make changes. If the parcel has already been sent, we will do our best to redirect it.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact our team immediately. We will investigate with our delivery partner and either locate your parcel or send a replacement free of charge.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a full 14-day returns policy on all unused if item arrived along with any free gifts and tags on product it should be intact. Otherwise we can not refund. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. This is your right under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. How do I return an item?
Email us at info@affordiumshopping.uk with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your item. We will reply within 24 hours with your return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an item because you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage cost. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return postage in and will also send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method — debit card, credit card, or PayPal.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email us at info@affordiumshopping.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We will resolve this immediately — either by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund. You will not be asked to return a damaged item.
How do I choose the right size harness or bed for my dog?
Sizing is important — the wrong size harness can be uncomfortable or unsafe for your dog. Visit our Size Guide for a full measuring guide and product description for size guide. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UK debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, processed securely via Stripe. We also accept PayPal. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption — look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar at checkout.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your website?
Yes, completely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption and is fully PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers. Your payment is processed directly by Stripe or PayPal — two of the most trusted payment processors in the world.
Do you offer discount codes or vouchers?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it by emailing info@affordiumshopping.uk with your order number. After 06 hours, your order may already be dispatched and can not be cancelled.
