Where Is My Order?
Use the tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email to track your delivery in real time. You will receive this email within 1–3 business days of placing your order.
How to Track Your Order
Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number
Check your inbox for an email with the subject line: "Your Affordium Shopping order has been dispatched". This email contains your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
(Note: also check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find this email)
Step 2 — Track in Real Time
Click the tracking link in your dispatch email to see live delivery updates from the carrier.
Alternatively, visit the carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number:

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please:
- Check your spam or junk email folder
- Check the email address you used at checkout is correct
- Contact us at info@affordiumshopping.uk with your order number
Order Not Arrived Within the Expected Timeframe?
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at info@affordiumshopping.uk. Include your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a resolution within 48 hours.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive your goods within the agreed delivery timeframe.
