At Affordium Shopping, we understand that when your dog needs a new harness for tomorrow's walk or your cat's water fountain stops working, waiting three weeks for delivery from overseas is not acceptable. That is why we have built our fulfilment around UK & US warehouse stock and fast domestic shipping.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day or the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
How We Ship Your Pet Accessories
We work with a network of UK & US-based suppliers and fulfilment partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The majority of our popular products are held in UK & US warehouses, which means significantly faster delivery than stores shipping directly from overseas.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@affordiumshopping.uk.

Important Delivery Information
- We deliver to all UK & US addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
- We do currently deliver outside the United Kingdom, US, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, France.
- Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take 1–2 additional business days
- We cannot currently deliver to BFPO addresses
- PO Box addresses: please contact us before ordering to confirm we can deliver to your specific address
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to high demand, carrier delays, or adverse weather. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@affordiumshopping.uk and we will investigate immediately.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive your goods within the time agreed at purchase. If we cannot meet the delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund.
Frequently Asked Delivery Questions
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us at info@affordiumshopping.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
Most carriers will attempt redelivery the following business day or leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. You will receive a notification card and a tracking update. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to arrange redelivery.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
We do not currently offer guaranteed next-day delivery. Standard delivery takes 3–10 business days. We are working to introduce an express delivery option — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.
